One of Japan’s largest real estate developers, Mitsui Fudosan, announced the launch of a new commercial building in Ginza. The project’s title is currently Ginza 5-chome Globe and is slated for completion on March 13th.

The building is located along Ginza Miyuki Street, where there are many name-brand shops. The total site area is about 208 square meters, and the building will be three stories high with one basement. Some shops located inside the building will be Tumi, opening on March 27th and a new Spanish Restaurant named Ginza Espero.
