Tsukiji Area Undergoing Drastic Redevelopment

The exterior has a design that blends the old with the new and matches the surrounding colors found around Ginza and Tsukiji. At the building's entrance is a glasswork art of the "Sea of Tsukiji" by renowned Japanese glass sculptor, Mari Noguchi, whose work has appeared in The Ritz Carlton Tokyo Chapel and The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. A rooftop terrace with relaxing views of the city will be one of the common areas available to residents.
