Nomura Real Estate, one of the biggest developers in Japan, announced their plans to launch a new large-scale mixed-use development called "Kameido Project". Following their project, "Proud City Hiyoshi" which launched in 2018, this is the second initiative of Nomura’s "Be United Concept". The newly developed town will be open to the public.

 The building will be a 2-minute walk from Kameido Station on the JR Sobu Line and developed on the former site of Sun Street Kameido, a commercial facility which closed in March 2016. A large commercial facility will be constructed on the land area measuring 22,989 square meters and directly connect to the condominium "Proud Tower Kameido Cross". Between the condominium and the facility, there will be an area with a restaurant and a plaza area with a stage that can be used for events. 

 The condominium consists of two buildings (Bright Tower and Gate Tower) with 25 floors and 2 basement levels. Floor plans will range from studios (1R) to 4 bedrooms  (4LDK) and room sizes will range from 29.88 to 138.44 square meters. Luxury dwelling units are also installed on the top floor.
