Futsuuchinshakuken 普通賃借権 - Regular lease right

Under Japanese law, this is just a regular lease right which is used to give the tenant an automatic option to renew the lease upon expiration. This is an agreement between the lessor, who is the legal owner of the asset and the lessee who has the right to use the asset in return for regular rental payments.
