Residence Tower in Tokyo Port City Takeshiba via Tokyo Land
Tokyo Port City Takeshiba opened this year and incorporates two office towers and a residential tower. "Residence Tower" will also have a nursery school on site. The residential tower will be 18 stories high, with a total of 262 apartments. The mixed-use housing will include General rental housing (138 units), Share Houses (44 units), and serviced apartments (80 units). The unit sizes will range from 26.18 to 125.39 square meters, and available floor plans will start at one-room studios up to three-bedroom types (3LDK).
For the General rental housing units, there will also be a luxury option. The luxury dwelling units will start at two bedrooms (2LDK) and go up to three bedrooms (3LDK) of over 100m2. Premium units will have larger living and dining rooms and be located on higher floor levels with views overlooking the bay.
Share houses range will range in size from 26 to 37 square meters and include studio and one-bedroom (1LDK) types. A lounge exclusively for share house residents is also planned. Similar to the smart technology found in the Rivere series of apartments, smart locks will be installed in all dwelling units as well as a facial recognition system, and an integrated resident-only phone app.
