The renowned brand has recently announced plans to open its 4th luxury resort in the country, Aman Niseko. Aman Niseko will also be Japan’s first spa and wellness resort.

Niseko is famous for its abundant snowfall and beautiful ski slopes. Besides being popular for winter resort vacations, the area is also known for its summer activities, which include hiking, mountain biking, and river rafting. Visitors to Niseko can enjoy the delicious local food and learn about the indigenous Ainu culture.

Aman Niseko will be located on the slopes of Mt. Moiwa and will be just 5 minutes from popular areas such as Niseko Hirafu, Niseko Village, and Niseko Flower Garden. The new resort will be open year-round and include a spacious wellness facility, multiple restaurants, 30 guest rooms, and residences. Each room will have a traditional Japanese style and include a fireplace and private onsen. 31 private residences will be for sale, and owners will enjoy full access to all facilities in the resort. Aman Niseko will also be the first residence in Japan located in a nature reserve. Construction is scheduled to finish in 2023 with the grand opening shortly thereafter.
