Big and spacious 500 sq.m. storage building situated in the outskirts of a small village near main road 40 km away from the city of Vratsa, Bulgaria.
The building was constructed for the purposes of the former agricultural enterprise in the village but was later sold to its present owner. Its general purpose was to be used for livestock breeding but it served for this only a few weeks.
Today the building is empty and requires only some remaining straw and construction materials to be removed. The owner had started reconstruction during which the whole roof was replaced along with some of the doors.
The building is divided into three parts – empty area, storage room, and administrative section. The administrative section consists of three premises connected via corridor. The three rooms are intended to be bathroom, office and locker room for workers. This part of the building received new doors and windows but was not completed from the inside.
In general the building can be used as a storage depot at this stage but if the administrative section is completed then the whole property can serve for a variety of purposes. The area around the building is about 4000 sq.m. The warehouse is supplied with water and electricity and has a huge cess pit made of stone, concrete and bricks and with a solid concrete cover. The property is located less than 200 meters away from main international road towards Romania. Nice place with great potential in it.
