Flair Towers is a high-rise, 2-tower, 41-storey residential condominium development located in a 1.4-hectare lot at the corner of Reliance St. and Pines St. near EDSA (between Boni and Shaw MRT stations) in Mandaluyong City. It offers studio (24sqm), 1-bedroom (29-41.50sqm), 2-bedroom (48-69.50sqm) and 3-bedroom (76-80.50sqm) condo units that are fully finished. Price range for the condo units is from P2.1M to 6M+. Turnover date for South Tower is in Feb 2014 while North Tower is in Dec 2014.





Why is this a good buy:

1. Location - center of Metro Manila and business districts namely Ortigas Center, Global City and Makati CBD plus very near well-known shopping centers (Megamall, Shangri-la Mall, Forum Robinsons Pioneer Mall, EDSA Central, Star Mall, etc.) and other institutions and offices; walking distance to EDSA and with roads leading to C5 and public transportation to nearby MRT stations. Flair Towers also has an edge over the other projects in the area as it is not directly along EDSA that minimizes the issue of noise and pollution.

2. Price - one of the lowest, if not the lowest price per square meter among all the condo projects in the vicinity. Also, tens of thousands of pesos per square meter (or hundreds of thousands to a million or so) LOWER compared to condos in the business districts but Flair Towers is just nearby.

It is very near Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and the promising PAGCOR City and Mall of Asia compound. It offers 2-bedroom units with a price range of P2.3M to 3.8M and size range of 53-77sqm. Turnover date is in March 2014.





Why is this a good buy:
1. Location - It is near Ninoy Aquino International Airport which is good if you're a frequent traveler. If not, then the Mall of Asia compound is great for you if you're looking for fun, entertainment, dining, bars, shopping, concerts and other events. The promising PAGCOR City is slowly but surely taking shape to become a future city within a city and a center for business, gaming, leisure and entertainment, among others.

2. Price - Considering that the location is near the country's main air transportation hub and an upcoming tourist destination, the current price of Arista Place is way, way below than its counterparts. Not to mention the possible huge appreciation of land values in the near future once the Pagcor City is completed.
